I was going to wait and share this another week to space out the Fan Fridays, but I just couldn’t wait! I’m surprised I was even able to wait a week without sharing this…
First, I need to get something off of my chest: I have a lot of fear with my business. Whenever someone orders or buys something from me, I’m afraid that they’ll come back, unhappy with the product and leaving a bad review either online or by word of mouth, I’ll lose all my customers, and have to go out of business forever.
I know, it’s bad and kind of pretty pathetic, but it’s true.
It’s also never as bad as I make it out to be; whenever there’s been a problem (which has only happened once or twice), I’ve been able to fix it immediately and always leave my customers happy.
There is one scenario that scares me the most, even more than seeing a review came through and not knowing what it will be until I click the link. I get soooo scared when someone who has just purchased something sends me a conversation but no review. From what I’ve heard from other Etsy shop owners, that means that there’s a problem, but the customer is being kind and letting you fix it before they leave a review (thankfully). I always panic when I get an alert about a conversation when I know that that person has just purchased something.
However, this time (and almost every time before), it wasn’t a bad conversation! She was just so excited about her Blue Jay print that she had to share it with me! Doesn’t he look amazing in his frame? I never would have thought of putting him in anything but a black frame!
And here he is, all framed with some friends in a nice little bird montage!
She says “…love it! …I’m so happy with how it all turned out & it didn’t cost me a fortune AND it looks like I paid a lot!”
Thank you so much for sharing, B! I’m so glad you love him, and he looks amazing!
You can find my Blue Jay print in my Etsy store here, and he also is included in my assorted bird note cards here!
